An owner operator dispatcher finds loads, negotiates rates with brokers, books freight and confirms pickup and delivery appointments. They also handle rate confirmations, track the load and plan your next one, so you can spend your time driving instead of searching and calling.

Dispatch services usually charge either a percentage of each load or a flat weekly fee. TruckNexa charges 7% per load or $350 per week. You know the fee before we book your first load, and there are no hidden charges.

Yes. We search and present the best options for your truck, and you approve every load. There is no forced dispatch, so you stay in control of your lanes, rates and home time.

Yes. You need active MC and DOT authority, insurance and standard carrier documents such as a W-9. If you are a new authority, we can help you set up with brokers and organize your paperwork.
